General description

This product is made with high-toughness epoxy resin, which boasts excellent mechanical and electrical properties. The material utilizes a lower reaction of the active formula system, resulting in fast curing and low internal stress of the product, maximizing its mechanical properties. Additionally, active micro silicon powder is added to the epoxy resin material using the automatic pressure gelating technique APG (casting), resulting in a beautiful product with superior mechanical properties and long-term good electrical insulation properties in humid environments. The product also features organic pigment, providing a bright color without reducing its insulation performance. This particular model is suitable for use in 36kv and 40.5kv applications.
