Here's how it works: when the control voltage flows through the electromagnetic coil, the armature kicks into action, causing the crutch to rotate and open the main contact in the vacuum interrupter. But wait, there's more! The auxiliary switch steps in and cuts off the power to the electromagnetic coil, transforming into a permanent-magnet maintenance mode. It's like magic!
But that's not all, folks! When the power is cut off by the control circuit, the energy storage power of the power module kicks in and discharges to the electromagnetic coil, degaussing it like a pro. And guess what? The main contact breaks under the impressive force of the opening spring.
