The 12kV series vacuum interrupter is an exceptional product that will surely meet your needs. With its ceramic insulating shell, middle sealing or built-in fixed shielding tube, and copper and chromium alloy contact material, this vacuum interrupter is designed to perfection. The cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic electrode has been optimized to ensure a uniform electromagnetic field distribution, resulting in improved stability of the breaking capacity. Additionally, a special sophisticated process has been implemented to enhance the insulation level of the product.
When it comes to applications, VACEM has got you covered. We have introduced two series of 12kV vacuum interrupters that are suitable for air insulation, embedded insulation, or situations that require external insulation protection. These interrupters are designed to perfectly match with relevant indoor and outdoor vacuum circuit breakers or vacuum distribution devices. They are particularly useful as control and protection devices in transmission and distribution electrical power grids with a frequency of 50Hz/60Hz. The interrupters have a rated voltage of 12kV, a rated current ranging from 630A to 4000A, and a rated short circuit breaking current ranging from 5kA to 40kA. H=275mm VI is mainly applied to VZN63-12 kV series embedded pole of indoor MV vacuum circuit breaker. Meets or exceeds the requirement of IEC62271-100 and E2 level in GB1984-2003.
