General description

The 3.6kv Low Voltage Vacuum Contactor for Industrial Applications is designed for power networks operating at AC 50Hz, with a main circuit rated voltage of 3.6kv and a rated current of up to 400A. It is suitable for making, breaking, frequently starting, and controlling AC motors, as well as for forming magnetic starters with various protection devices such as the JDB electronic integrated protector, JR9 type over current protection device, and resistance-capacitance absorber. This vacuum contactor is particularly suitable for forming anti-explosion magnetic starters. 

The contactor conforms to the IEC 60947-4-1, GB/T 14048.4, and JB/TN 7122 standards, and its main performance indicators have reached the international level. It is a reliable and efficient solution for industrial applications that require a high level of performance and safety. 

Normal using conditions

a. Environment temperature : -5ºC~+40ºC, and average value is no more than +35ºC within 24 hour.

b. Altitude: no more than 1000m.
c. Atmospheric conditions: monthly highest humidity in the most wet month is no more than 90% and monthly average minimum temperature shall be 25ºC. Condensation on the products due to temperature changes shall be considered.
d. Impact vibration: The place is without extensive shaking, impact, and vibration.
e. The place is without explosion hazard, enchant gas and sleet.
f. No rain and snow in places
g. Pollution degree: Three grade
h. Installation type: .III
i. Installation condition: Slant angle between installation surface and vertical surface is no more than 15°.
