2. Introduction:
    After improvement, if the underside door is opened, the earthing switch can' t be opened and the handcart can't be pushed into working position. The correct operation steps : close the underside door first, then open earthing switch, so that the handcart can be pushed into working position from testing position , then open earthing switch,so that the handcart can be pushed into working position safely.
