2.General description 
  
    Our 12kV epoxy resin insulating cylinder for VCB is made from high toughness epoxy resin, ensuring excellent mechanical and electrical properties. The use of a lower reaction active formula system allows for fast curing and reduces internal stress, maximizing the product's mechanical performance. We have also incorporated active micro silicon powder and utilized the automatic pressure gelating technique (APG) for casting the epoxy resin material. This not only enhances the aesthetics of the product but also ensures long-term good electrical insulation properties, even in humid environments. Additionally, the inclusion of organic pigment provides a bright color without compromising the insulation performance of the product.
