2.General description    

  Our insulators are made using high toughness epoxy resin, which provides excellent mechanical and electrical properties. The use of a low-reactivity active formula system allows for fast curing and minimizes internal stress, maximizing the mechanical performance of the product. We also incorporate active micro silicon powder and employ the automatic pressure gelating technique (APG) for casting the epoxy resin material. This not only enhances the aesthetics of the products but also ensures long-term good electrical insulation properties, even in humid environments. Additionally, we add organic pigments to give the insulators a bright color without compromising their insulation performance.
