Product Description

General description

The 7.2kv High Voltage Two Poles Vacuum Contactor is comprised of several components, including an electrical insulating frame, metal base, shaft and crank arm, electromagnetic systems, permanent magnet, power modules, auxiliary switches, and vacuum interrupters. When a control voltage is applied to the electromagnetic coil, the armature drives the crank arm to rotate, thereby opening the main contact in the vacuum interrupter. Simultaneously, the auxiliary switch cuts off power to the electromagnetic coil, causing it to become a permanent-magnet maintenance. When the control circuit breaks the power, the energy storage power of the power module discharges to the electromagnetic coil for degaussing, and the main contact is broken under the action of the opening spring.

Normal using conditions

a. Environment temperature: -5ºC~+40ºC, and the average value is no more than +35ºC within 24 hours.
b. Altitude: no more than 1000m.
c. Atmospheric conditions: monthly highest humidity in the wettest month is no more than 90% and the monthly average minimum temperature shall be 25ºC. Condensation on the products due to temperature changes shall be considered.
d. Impact vibration: The place is without extensive shaking, impact, and vibration.
e. The place is without explosion hazards, enchant gas, and sleet.
f. No rain and snow in places
g. Pollution degree: Three grade
h. Installation type: III
i. Installation condition: The slant angle between the installation surface and the vertical surface is no more than 15°.
